Cathy Hall is the CEO of Holistic Learning Academy (HLA), a learning center that works to fill in knowledge gaps and empower students to excel in all areas of their academic endeavors.
Cathy Hall, Principal Administrator & Educator
Cathy is an exceptional educator with 25 years of experience, specializing in young adolescent education. She is inspired by her love of being a mother to her two sons and is passionate about fostering a holistic community of learners in a positive, nurturing environment.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts & Humanities with a minor in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University and was the recipient of the Teacher of the Week Award from Channel 12 TV Station in 2019 for her excellence, hard work, dedication in teaching, and success in empowering her students educationally.
Cathy is a firm believer in family, growth, and authenticity. She is the proud mother of Allen Jr. and Anthony and the wife of Allen Sr.
In addition to her vision for HLA, Cathy is also committed to providing students with a personalized and flexible education experience. She believes that every child learns differently and at their own pace, and she is dedicated to meeting the needs of all learners.
Cathy is also committed to creating a strong sense of community at HLA. She believes that students thrive when they feel supported and connected to their peers and teachers. She works to create a positive and nurturing environment where students feel safe to learn and grow.
Cathy is a valuable asset to the HLA team, and her passion for education and her commitment to students is evident in everything she does.
Inspiration
Holistic Learning Academy is dedicated to my mom. She inspired me in my journey as an educator, even though she was not one herself. As the family and neighborhood babysitter, I had the privilege to watch her guide and support me and other young people. My mom always told me to put God first and believe in myself. She taught me to love, care for, and give back to others, and to always say thank you when someone does something nice. The things I have learned from her are endless. I am so grateful for her.
